keep your eyes open for homes that either stand out, are for sale by owner, or have for rent signs. Send us the information, and then get paid if they turn into successful deals.

How Do I Get Started?
To get started now, simply follow the 3-Step Process outlined below:
1. Register With Central Penn. Home Solutions.
Join the team by submitting your information "Teamwork Lead System". We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to
participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.
2. Locate Leads
Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by Owner, or Vacant. Remember, we buy houses in any area, condition or price range. Ugly, run-down houses don't bother us at all. Actually they are highly welcomed.
3. Refer Leads to Central Penn. Home Solutions - "Teamwork Lead System"
Here you can post your leads, upload photographs of the properties, and check the status of your leads. If you have questions visit our contact us page. Once a lead is submitted we will send a confirmation email letting you know we have received and listed your lead in our Leads Database with your name assigned to it. Any duplicates will immediately recognized and we will inform you of such.
Payments can be made via Paypal, or can be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.
